Delivery

Katanda Boutique is not responsible for lost or any problem with the package once the tracking number have been sent to out client.

We send orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed in a week of holiday may have delays.

We do everything to get your orders on time, otherwise packages can arrive outside the given timeframe. 

After shopping at katandaboutique.com you agree to these terms and conditions. 

 

Sale Items

We do not make any refunds.

Sale items are final sale. Sale items can't be returned for an exchange.

Returns

After you receive your merchandise, you have five (5) days to notify us and request return authorization.

Return Authorization Required

Returns must be approved before sending the item back.

Please contact us at katandaboutique@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to request a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon arrival. It has to be new, with tags, and the original bag. We do not accept pieces with any damage, makeup, washed, used. 

If everything is fine, we send you a store credit valid for one (1) month. 

We only change one time the same invoice, with no exception.
